I love Supernatural. I've watched it since it started.

I'll be watching the latest show tonight since I DVR'd it.

I still like their earlier stuff better than the most recent episodes. I've really been enjoying Season 1 on DVD. I just got Season 2 for Mother's Day.

I can't believe it would be but I don't see how with how it ended, you know?

Ah, I did read that he wanted it to be the last episode so he wrote it that way on purpose I suppose.

OK...now let's talk Death. I mean how cool is that intro song and how cool about the conversation in the pizza place.

That had to be one of my favorites. He is going to reap God. That has to be the best line ever for a reaping supernatural show/movie.
And believe me I have seen too many to count.

I had to look up the song for the intro to "O Death". It is an original song by a bluegrass singer called Ralph Stanley.
Supernatural rerecorded it with a gal name Jen Titus. She is not a professional singer but she was WONDERFUL!!!

Haunting and chilling.

i liked the finale up until the last 15 minutes. they honestly should have just left it with Sam falling in the pit, and Dean kneeling there all beat up.


the whole Lisa thing really came out of left field and i can't buy it. and then the whole thing with Bobby and Castiel.....you can't surprise people anymore on this show because they just keep coming back.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVED it! I thought the battle scene was great...pk and ***butt was funny! I think Sam came back good even though they made it look bad and I think chuck was God. The Def Leppard song was perfect also!I DID hate seeing Dean like that

The biggest surprise from the CW's announcement of their Fall Schedule this morning is the re-pairing of Smallville and Supernatural. Previously, they were both on Thursday. Smallville was moved to Friday this past season; now Supernatural joins Smallville on Friday night.

the show isn't over yet, it starts up again in September.....

It may not be "over" but it is "over", you know? The head creator left and well let's be honest, it should have been the end. They beat that storyline to death.

I have a feeling that it may be the last season.

i was a bit upset by the move, because i loved having it paired with Vampire Diaries, i thought they went well together. sad to see it going to the death slot.

well....have you actually watched the episodes that Kripke wrote?? he's not really that great. my opinion on him is, he got lucky with a storyline that the network sort of liked, and got even luckier with two lead actors who were good.

i've seen his work prior and it was awful.

besides, there IS a lot of things they left unresolved, i would have been pretty angry had they ended it with Sam going to hell, and Dean sitting there with HIS "apple-pie life" he always yelled at Sam about.

and yes the actors have said for a while that they're not renewing their contracts after season 6, so it'll be their last season. they don't even want to be there anymore, it's been obvious since the 4th season.

DH and I both LOVE the music in this show. And the one-liners. I'm not sure how the next season is going to go, but I hope they stay true to those 2 elements.
