I have to say the "Supernatural Con" was funny.

The Dean and Sam couple had to be the tribute to the fan fics for Sam and Dean on the internet. They have alluded to it before in the episode when they found the book series.

I am wondering if they have an internet following as much as a TV following? You can watch full episodes online.

Anyone else enjoying the series? I am really loving the making fun of the show in the show. I like the clever way they include comedy.

The "Tv" epsiode was a hoot, especially the game show and CSI spoofs! The con spoof was great too while "Abandon All Hope" made me cry

This Thursday's episode is the 15th of the season, leaving 7 to go. After that, there will likely be 4 weeks of reruns. At that point, there will be 8 weeks left in the season (which probably ends May 13 for Supernatural), so one of those last 8 weeks will probably be preempted.

According to what I heard, we're in for a 6 week hiatus after this week's upcoming epsidoe on the 11th unil March 25th, but after that there shouldn't be any more breaks until the finale on May 13th.

And how about Supernatural? Oh man it is getting really good. I love how they are able to flip at will to the past.

Six week inclusive = 4 weeks exclusive

These are the weeks that won't have a new episode:
February 25
March 4
March 11
March 18

but after that there shouldn't be any more breaks until the finale on May 13th.

Okay I redid my math. The problem is that this coming episode in indeed the 15th episode produced this season, but it is only the 14th episode broadcast. There is one episode that they're holding back -- the one produced right before the one they're broadcasting this week. I'm not sure why they're showing them out of order, but they are, and so that means that there 8 episodes left after the hiatus, fitting well into the 8 weeks left between March 25 and May 13, inclusive.

So, speaking of Famine, what's your take on his conversation with Dean? I'm not so sold on him not having a soul. I want to think it's more of the big bad just trying to mess with his mind, or looking at the conversation as he's so beaten down that he's given up hope.

I LOVE LOVE this show!! I found it while I was missing my fav Buffy the vampire slayer...it kinda filled that void.I just love Dean!! lol I am a 33 yr old SAHM and I have to say this boy is HOT!! The end last night was really sad..they made you feel him hurting...they do not show alot of that with him.I found some really good youtube clips...

I agree with you to a point - I think he's broken for sure. But I don't think he's past the point of return just yet. I just don't see him breaking down and pleading with God for help if he was.

Well, I don't think he was calling God. I think he was calling Michael so he can end it.

I'm not sold that he was specifically calling Michael, but maybe not God either. Heaven in general, maybe? I'm curious to see how each of them will say yes, which is what I think will happen.

I'm also interested to see if they ever bring that kid - was his name Jesse? - back up again. They bring up the anit-christ and then it's as if he was never on the show? He better have some part in the final outcome.

And I really want to see Gabriel again. I've loved RS in the episodes he's been in.

I just got hooked on Supernatural. I have been watching the episodes on TNT. They just started with Season 1. They had gone through all the seasons up to the end of season 4.


My DD has also gotten interested in it too. I don't know what I am going to do when I start working again. Obviously set them to record on my DVR.

I was born in 67! I rarely watch tv in the evening (unless it's a Red Sox game or A&E, History Channel, Discovery Channel, Food Network, Travel Network etc. We just don't watch "Series" in the evening (we did NCIS for a while, but not so much now). I am home now (lost my job in October) and I have the tv on during the day- that's how I found the Winchester Boys!
