"Hmm. Probably" Neville responded. Neville noticed a boy with shorter brown hair take a seat across from him. He looked the same age as both Harry and Neville.

Harry also noticed the boy, he seemed to be trying not to make eye contact.
Harry looked at him and said,
"Hi, I'm Harry, what's your name?"

the boy looked up and stuttered "i-i'm George" and quickly looked back at the sheet in front of him.

"Nice to meet you George, which classes do you have?" Harry asked

 

[marypops!]

"uh... don't we all have the same for the first couple of years until we can choose the lessons we do?"

 

[Arielfn93]

"I'm not sure, I was raised by muggles, so I dont know much about this place, but that is probably true."

"Probably. Nice to meet you George. Neville Longbottom" Neville looked over to the boy.

"Hi Harry, Nevile and a... I'm sorry we havent met"

lavinia headed down to breakfast.as she walked into the great hall she sat down by harry and neville she pulled joli out of her pocket and set her down on the table and handed her a piece of toast. "hey guys, it looks like we all have the same schedules"

"That's a good thing" Harry smiled

"yeah it is." with that lavinia pulled out a book and started to read

"Who has the eggs? Can you pass them here" asked Ted?

George, overwhelmed by all the new people coming up shot up from the table and said as fast as he could "I'mgoingtogetmybooksformylessonsbecauseididn'tbringthemwithmesobye!" and rushed out of the hall.

(my character is shy and isn't used to so many people after being homeschooled quite like me, except i'm not homeschooled... i'm just very shy and can't have a conversation with someone i don't really know irl...)

Luna suspiciously eyed the shy little boy that had just ran out of the great hall. She put "Hogwarts, a History" back in her bag, looked up at everyone.

"Good morning all, so what class do we have first?" she said with a smile, and while rummaging through her bag to find the schedule.

As George was rushing out of the hall he bumped into Cho and knocked all of her books out of her hands. George said "sorry" and quickly ran off. Harry quickly ran over to help Cho pick up her books. Lavinia flowed about 15 seconds later.

"Oh yes, sorry Cho" Luna said brightly and turning away from Harry "I was going to wake you up but you looked as if you had a headache. Sorry bout that"

Neville followed behind Luna. "Morning Cho" Neville said brightly.
