My husband and I both just recieved our passholder advance notice emails too. I usually save them for reference later. I was surprised to see the small blacked out dates on it. While I understand the Prez weekend, I was a little confused by the March 9-12 blackout. I guess there is something going on during that timeframe that has the rooms filled.

I just got March 11th-17th at POP. Was $133 w/tax before and $88 with tax now. Saved $300.

There's a conference for the Oracle Higher education User Group that begins on the 10th and ends on the 14th. It's at CSR and the Yacht Club. And most of the hotels associated with the conference, with the exception of AKL, are completely booked at the conference rate. I had a hard time getting POFQ at a cast member only rate (a friend) for that time period and cast member rates are almost always available.

It's now available to book online on the AP website. I was playing around with it for awhile. I tried March 30 for 5, 7, 10 days and no values were available. There was only a mod-king room at POR.

i used a discount code for easter/spring break for the general public i got around jan 18th for a discount of $40 per room in 2002.......

Are these codes just for AP? Do they ever have codes unrelated to, well, anything? I need to book today, for the first week of March (kind of a last minute trip) but it irks me to just pay the regular package price that I'm quoted online.

Oh well, it'll be fun no matter what, but knowing I saved a few bucks always ratchets up the fun factor.

Iwould like to know also. I have res. for Mar 2-6 at CBR but would like to get a discount if it's available. Thank you for your answers in advance

You should run the numbers and see if you'll save money by getting an AP. I did and discovered that I'll save about $700 . The price difference in my room rates was a little over $900, less the $200 difference from a MYW hopper to an AP, saves me about $700. Even if we don't go back in the year, we've still saved money AND if by some chance, we get a good opportunity to go back, that'll be one less ticket we need !

HI! We will be there the week of April 18 - 25. Right now we are staying at the Ft Wilderness cabins since there are 5 of us.

Any experiences there? A discount would be nice but I doubt I can get one now...

These codes are for annual passholders. You don't have to have one when you make the reservation but when you check in you have to show your AP.
