Offers from Dis/ I never get them

I havent seen anyone mention this recently but I do remember last year people who were getting offers sent to them from DisneyWorld, for room discounts and other such things. I recall someone saying it was luck of the draw type of thing from having been there and on their list of people sorta say. How come I've never recieved any? Do they still do this ?

Just wondering.
