Offer accepted!!

I called and made an offer on a contract today (this morning) and just got the call back from the lady at the timeshare agency that our offer was accepted. I was expecting a counter offer but they accepted our first offer.

It's a 150 point OKW with 150 banked 2010 points, 150 2011 points and all of 2012 points Sept UY. $55 a point and buyer pays closing and 2012 MF's.

They were asking $60 pp.

She said they will email me the contract to sign tomorrow!!
