We went through Fidelity and though one needs to be persistent with them, so far no problems. It appears that with only 2 people in the Disney dept, they are a little busy. My recommendation is when the receptionist says they are on the phone, just wait on hold.
As far as the property, our offer on an Animal Kingdom property with 200 points from 2012 remaining and with a December month.
It went to ROFR on Thursday (4/25).
