Off topic - graphics.cute tickers, etc.

I know this is off topic but how in the world do you get those cute graphics/images at the end of your postings?
I consider myself very computer savy, can make DVD's, download music, use a digital recorder, etc. BUT i cannot figure out how you put such cute images! Is there a special site to get these images?
Let me know as I am still earning my ears!

several people use tickerfactory etc, and the link is in the sig, under the ticker.

Also to access go up to the top, under the place heading is "User CP FAQ Members List etc..." click on User CP, and then "Edit your signature...

also, you may notice several posters have 'colored' expressions under their user names, that is a 'special' "tagline" from the "DIS Tag Fairy", no rhyme or reason, or place where the tag fairy (ies) are, you can add your own special "tag",but it gets colorfied thru the pixie dust of the "tag fairy"
