It was a lot of fun! I haven't been in YEARS, and "back then," it was called the Ice Capades.

I just wanted to give a shout out to all of the Big Give folks and to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We are so thrilled to be included. The girls will be over the moon. And, I'm looking forward to be able to give back once we return from our trip.

What I do remember were all the 'broom's during Mickey's little Sorcerer gig there. They were so cool!

Congrats on the Big Give! I know that I have been so excited to watch our packages come in over the last couple of weeks. I'm sure the kids are going to be even more excited! It is really amazing to see what these people do for the kids.

First of all, you don't even look close to the age you have listed in your siggie. I had the Dorothy Hamel haircut when I was in about 2nd - 3rd grade, so that should give you an idea. My brother, who is four years older than I am, was obsessed with her and used to have her photos hanging around his bedroom. That should be enough clues!

It truly is amazing. I had no idea that this community even existed before I started researching Disney for Ali's Wish Trip. It's just such a wonderful, supportive group of people.

It's good to meet you and your family!! I always read through as much of a PTR as I can when I'm involved in the Big Give. I had to laugh at the day that was so terrible you were looking forward to a large margerita...when I've had a crummy day I've been known to say I want a margerita in a glass big enough to bathe a small child in. Hope all your days between now and the trip are all good ones.

Your daughters are gorgeous! And Ali looks like she has a fire inside her that just screams!! I bet she can be crazy some days! My 9 year old gives me a run for my money and my 1 year old even more so, but Ali's eyes just look full of life and like she just wants to live it to the fullest with mommy running after her!! I love it!

Too funny about the princesses. It was a great show because it wasn't all princesses. Their "Halloween celebration" was phenomenal and included all of the Disney villains, including the dude from the Nightmare Before Christmas. It really was a lot of fun. I hope that Brigitte is feeling better soon.

Hello there! Thanks for the compliments on the girls. Ali definitely has a fire in her. We like to say it's the key to her survival. Wow - A 9 year old and a 1 year old - I imagine they keep you heading in different directions! Thanks for all that you do for the wish families - it truly makes the difference between a great experience and an unbelievable experience.

Ok, I'm known to be pretty good at math......................I've got a pretty good idea

And thanx for trying to make me feel good . While I'm not exactly sure how old I do 'look' I do know that I seem to defy many's expectation of the 'almost 50 year old' mother of young children. You know.............."those poor kids, being raised by such an 'old' woman, no fun, no energy, old enough to be their grandma etc. etc. etc........................."
