Off to Neverland...A BOGO Trip Report! PG 44 ~ It's over

They won't be dressing up, they'll be 9 and 11 by then and we like to hit the rides, also it's a surprise :rotfl2:

Duh...I forget not everyones kiddos are as little as mine. I also forget that my Tink will someday grow out of this I LOVE EVERYTHING BELL BELL stage...:sad1:

Love, love, love your TR! Your kids are soooooo adorable! These last bunch of pictures of at the Princess Lunch threw me into a Disney Flashback moment. :hippie: When my youngest daughter was that age, it was next to impossible to get a good picture of her with the Princesses! :sad2: Now she has been trained and smiles on demand. :teeth: Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to your TR! I can see now what I've been missing!!! :goodvibes

Just found this trip report today and loving all of it! Your lil tikes are so cute! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Oh NO! Another Tink! I am sending you my thoughts... and prayers...you need them, I know! You have got to love her...she, I am sure is cute as a button...they don't make Tink's any other way! Thanks for taking time to post! Your Kiddo's are the exact same age as mine...very fun! I bet you are super excited for your trip in Sept. It is getting close!

I know, I know...we didn't do MNSSHP last time, so I already have what day is best for us to do it, while we are there. You know how much I hate HOT though... Say Hi to the family! Lil'l Diz forsure wants your ds to come over and play soon!

You vote for Oct. But you are going in NOV...trader...;) Are you going in the beginning or the end of Nov? The weather is much better then...plus no missing our beautiful fall...lucky! I do agree, as the years go we for sure can't miss school, but K should be ok...but I probably will keep it in Oct. :)

I know! I'm sorry!! ;) The reason we're going in Nov is due to some friends being there at the same time. Otherwise, I'd go during October. But like you said, it's K...which should be just fine. We're going 11/11-11/17, same week as last year. Gorgeous then. A little chilly in the morning and at night but we just threw a sweatshirt on with our capris and were fine! Can't wait to hear how October is.

Bell Bells...that is the cutest thing ever! I love the picture of her pointing, I presume to Belle. Heehee. Adorable!!

What rides we went on and in what order is beyond me. In all honesty, I wasn’t paying much attention to the rides. I simply was enjoying my sons face & holding his hand as we walked through the park. As we passed each ride, I would ask if he wanted to ride it. I remember that he wanted to ride just about everyone we passed. I know that we did the BTMRR & Saw Johnny & the Pirates. On our way out, we stopped and got a treat at the Bakery, to bring home for dad, since he didn’t get to come out with us.

The whole entire evening was Magic. It was Disney at it’s best, bringing families together. Allowing this mom to watch the expression on my sons face, as he saw Tinkerbell ‘fly’ from the castle. I was the lucky recipient of soft kisses on my cheek during Wishes. I got the opportunity to hold my son’s hand as we walked down Main Street USA. I a mom, from somewhere…showing my son that the world is Magical…If only for a few hours…

But with this…I will have a lifetime of memories…

A picture of my precious son, after our evening of magic…

I haven't finished reading yet - only got as far as this and then couldn't read any more because I was so choked. What a lovely thing that you and your little man got a chance to spend some special time together. One of my favourite things in the world is the precious hour each day that I get with my DS when I finish work and he finishes nursery, before his big sisters get home from school. I need to read more once I've wiped my eyes :sad1:

What a lovely Mom you are - I feel completely humbled - and even more like the worst Mum in the world for going off to Disney and leaving my kids behind :guilty:

And now I'm finally all caught up. Your children are absolutely precious - yes, even Tink ;) At times I have felt like I'm right along there with you and I have picked up some great ideas for my little man's first trip next Spring - he is so getting a haircut at Main Street Barber - even if I have to wait all morning :thumbsup2

Really enjoyed reading your report so far - can't wait for more. BTW, glad you enjoyed BWV - we stayed there in Feb and it's what persuaded us to buy into DVC. I really hope we get a chance to stay there again some day :)

I just finished reading and I just love this!!! I love your stories about Tink...my DS was actually suspended from Daycare once for playing the "catch me catch me laugh" game... I feel you pain! He has, thank God, grown out of it now.

Is your DS 6 in October? Mine is 6 at the end of September and you have me pondering the idea of a Mommy and Me trip with him....hmmmmm....

So many things about your TR have made me laugh and nod in agreement. I am so subscribing!!

I'm here!!!! I'm late as usual but I'm here!!! Another Minnesotan loving your TR. Too many things to list.... Love the squeky shoes, the melt down, HATE the bruised "cheek" (poor boy!!), love the Mom & me time........ Can't wait for the rest!

Bell Bells...that is the cutest thing ever! I love the picture of her pointing, I presume to Belle. Heehee. Adorable!!
Yes, she was pointing to each princess as they were at different tables...trying to tell the 'new one' that there just was a Bell Bell here! There is more to come one this.

My DS Preschool Grad is tonight, then I am free to write! My baby is going to K this fall...:sad1:

Today is a sad day for me. :sad1:

Today is a really sad day.:sad1:

Up to this point in our trip we had always had more days to go than days we have been there. Today marks the day that this starts to move in the other direction. Today is the middle of our trip. I know, I know…how lucky are we that day 5 is the middle. But to me, the middle always signifies reality. The reality that at some point our trip will end. :sad1:

I know, I know, cry me a river… But this day truly leave me with a strange feeling for the whole day. Dunno why, just does.

Don't you hate that part of the trip?!?! It is the worst - to know you have more behind you than in front of you. Sigh . . .

WELCOME! Thanks for reading! I wish those moments didn't exist...but then I wouldn't get great blackmail photos for later in her life!:rotfl:

A walk to remember…Bell Bell style!

To refresh your memory...or if you are a mommy like me...Momory! We had just eaten at Askerhaus and Tink was more interested in giving the princess' the cold shoulder OR showing the princess' that there were 'others' there by pointing to them (the 'others') as the new princess came to our table...TINKS... :confused3

We had wanted to stop at the Disney Visa Photo Stop to get our free, family 5x7, but decide to walk back to the BWV’s since it was nearing 2 and Tink would be nearing a major melt down. The times that the Visa Photo place is open really interferes with naptime, so today it would have to wait.

As we left Askerhaus Lil’l Diz asked where we were headed. When I said, “home”, he got a look of shock and said, “NO!”

I corrected myself and explained that we needed to nap Tink and it would be a great day for the whole family to rest. This is where I went wrong. I shouldn’t have le the cat out of the bag that Lil’l Diz too would be taking a rest today…oh well! So from there on out, the tired whine we heard. Lil’l Diz did his very best to change our minds. Negotiation time. Like most moms…I do not like whining. Whining makes me cringe!

As we attempted to walk back to the BW via China, Africa, Germany and then Morocco we heard…”BUT MauuuuMmmm, why can’t I…” Over and over and over again.

But then out of nowhere, in the simple sounds of whining humming from the stroller, came a SHREIK, a LOUD, High pitched squeal of excitement. But who would that be? TINK! Yelling “OP, OP, OP, OP!" Pointing in a panic, trying to catch her breath before she started yelling “BELL-BELL, BELL-BELL, BELL-BELL!”

Tink appeared to have spotted Belle and before we knew what hit us, she was bucking and pulling at her stroller harness straps trying to jump ship to get to Belle and her Pal the Beast.

Once in line, Tink began jumping up and down with excitement. My baby girl, the one who just minutes ago gave most of the Princess’ we had lunch with the cold shoulder. :confused3

I was a bit worried about how she would react with the Beast Escorting Belle. I explained to Tink that the Beast is nice and is Belle’s friend. She replied, “Rrrrrrrr”. I told her that he wouldn’t ‘Roar’ at her, but she really wasn’t interested. Her eyes were on the prize…Belle!

When it was her turn she squeaked her way up to Belle. Belle was great with her! She bent down to greet her and gently introduced the Beast. Belle held Beasts hand, and encouraged Tink to feel it.

But as Tink turned towards Belle to pose for her pictures, she spotted someone else in the distance. Another Princess of her favorites…and the pointing and reciting “Bell Bell, Bell Bell”. At that moment we knew it had began again, the lunch episode was not over…

I explained the lunch episode at Askerhaus to Belle and she thought it was very cute that Tink was so interested in the Princess’ at such a young age. We captured what photo’s we could, then Tink Took off over to the OTHER Bell Bell, standing in the distance.

When she arrived, she was first in line, first to tell Princess Aurora that she had just seen Belle and she started pointing immediately to Belle & the Beast in the near distance.

After our Bell Bell encounters it was time to get to a nap, before it was too late. We had big plans for the evening and they included more food & friends!

UP NEXT PG 24, POST 349...yes people...2 updates in 1 day!

Gotta love the focused intensity of 2 year olds  I can totally visualize all the bell bell moments.... how does Lil'l Diz cope with all this princess stuff? :)
