The cheap(er) cocktails are at the Santa Fe. The higher you go in the hotels the dearer they become

Otherwise you have the happy hour beer at King Ludwigs, it's the only reason we go there

King ludwigs wouldn't go there for any other reason food is terrible. Can you get to the Santa fe then onto the likes of the kyraid or do you have to go back to the bus station and catch a different bus.

I'm so excited but it's so far away.

you can walk from the Santa Fe to the Kyriad in about 10 minutes . If you were taking the shuttle buses, yes you'd have to take the Santa Fe shuttle back to the train/bus station terminus at DLP, then catch the next Kyriad shuttle out.

no, the AP discount is for restaurants, but doesn't cover bars.

On the dlrpmagic website it states: On drinks and meals only.
Discount at all park and hotel restaurants and bars, and at the following Disney Village locations: Annette's Diner, Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon, Café Mickey, La Grange, New York Style Sandwiches, Sports Bar, The Steakhouse.

So seems like it is bars?

In the Village you also get discount at EoS, Starbucks, sometimes McDonalds (it's sporadic ) and according to some people RFC and Planet Hollywood - those 2 I have no idea personally as they don't interest us for eating so not tested.

Thanks for all the info guys sounds like there are some great advantages to having an AP. just one more question how much do the rates start from at the kyraid e.g what's the lowest rate anyone has had there?
