Off site help please

Ok as its not likely that we will be able to get free dining just before Easter next year looks like we will be staying off site in a villa. Last time we did this we did not need to do Fast Pass. Not sure how it works can we still do Fast Pass if your not on site , if so is it still 60 days out or is it longer for off site.
If we buy our tickets from somewhere like Attraction Tickets do they give us a number for the Fast Pass to log in somewhere? What about Magic Bands? Sorry for all the questions just trying to get my head around it.

Yes, you can still do Fast Pass + if you're staying offsite but you can only do it 30 days in advance. If you buy your tickets from Attraction Tickets Direct then they'll send you the plastic card tickets once you've paid for them in full and then you can link them up to your MDE account. If you want Magic Bands though then you'll have to buy then when you get to Disney and they'll link them to you account for you there but tbh you don't really need them if you're staying offsite. the only reason you would need magic bands is if you are using Memory Maker - many ride photos only link this way now (including Seven Dwarves Mine Train - there is no staffed area to manually add your photo to your account, your magic band is detected on the ride and automatically links to your account).
