Off site CRT question?

For the first time I will being staying off property, can I make a CRT breakfast reservation using the online system at 6am at 180days? Was not sure if the online system was just for on property guests. Thanks. Any other hints on getting the reservation would be great. Been many years since I battled for this reservation.

Yes anyone can use the online website to make reservations. I don't think you should have a problem getting a table if you book the morning of your 180 day mark. BOG is the hot ticket right now, but good luck
