Off site and MB

I am so confused about MB and FP+ !
(Search feature isnt working)
I am staying off site, buying tickets from undercover tourist. DO I still get Magic Bands? If so where do I get them from?
Being off site, can I still link my ADRs and MDE?

Or if anyone has the MB/FP+ for dummies, I will happily read it

No MB for offsite guests.

You can link anything to MDE, but it is not guaranteed that you will be able to make advance FP+.
(You can try and see.)

It could..but as of today, here's a quick guide:

Onsite:
- Can reserve FP up to 60 days in advance (although most find that a week in advance is plenty), for all your ticket days. Max of 3 FP, 1 per attraction.
- Change FP selections at in-park kiosk (same day) or on smartphone (any day).
- You also receive Magic Bands, which will open your room, allow you to charge purchases/meals.
- Scan MB at entrance turnstile and FP entrance point.

Offsite:
- Can select FP at an in-park kiosk only, on the day of your visit to that park. Max of 3 FP, 1 per attraction.
- Change FP selections at in-park kiosk only, same day (smartphone is view-only).
- Cannot select your "next day's" FP at the in-park kiosk, even if it's the same park.
- Scan tickets at entrance turnstile, FP kiosk, and FP entrance point (UT tickets will scan same as tickets bought through Disney)

Some off-site guests are getting eMail invitations from WDW to make advance FP+ selections.
