Off Season Eating?

El Pirate y el perico (sp?) is one of my fav. CS restaurants, when we were there last September/October trip, they werent open, does anybody know if they will be open or where I can find this info?

Is there any other restaurants (CS or TS) that are seasonal operators??

i think flame tree was at one time...it was closed in Jan of 04 .

That is also one of our favs. and they are only open seasonally. last december they were closed untill the week end before xmas week while we were there.
