Off Property Villas and Condos?

Looking for some help. 4 men heading to Orlando for some golf in January. Hoping folks could recommend an offsite property with the equivalent of 4 beds...any size....pullouts work. Some sort of condos or villas. Looking for best value not necessarily lowest price. Bar, restaurants and pool are desirable.

would say look at the Marriott timeshares - especially if you going for golf -think all have golf courses at their resorts.
all have bars, restaurants and pools.

Any 2BR timeshare in the area that sleeps 8 people will generally have 4 beds - queen or king in MBR, 2 full or queen in the 2nd BR, pull-out sofabed in LR.

Consider Marriott Grand Vista (Harbour Lake has no golf course) and Orange Lake (course quality not quite as good). There's also a new golf course at the Waldorf Astoria in Bonnet Creek within reasonable walking distance of Wyndham Bonnet Creek if they have a bag cart or are not bringing their own clubs.

Reunion Resort has condos and townhouses with lots of golf. You can rent from the resort itself (owned by Wnydham ) or you can rent from private owners with listings on vrbo and homeaway. You can also find many pool homes on vrbo/homeaway in the same general area. Depends on where you're playing golf. Highlands Reserve has a golf course with homes and lots of townhouses near there on 27.

I have rented from this guy before and we LOVED the 3br townhouse. Even the 2 br would probably work for you guys!
