of everything thats disappeared?

Probably not a great acronym to use on a family-friendly forum. At the very least you might want to rephrase that last sentence😉.

I thought the same thing. I still don't know what Disney-related thing the OP was referring to.

We will most miss the Epcot concerts during Flower & Garden and Food & Wine. We are local, so loved to go over just for a couple of hours, see a concert, get a beer and popcorn, and maybe do Soarin'. It also gave us lots of steps because we'd power walk from the main parking lot to the American Pavilion for the concert, then walk the opposite way around the World back to the exit. Also liked to stop in the UK and Canada for the live music when they had it.

I really hope those concerts come back once it is safe to do so.

This thread is exactly why I'm putting off and return to WDW. For the money of a Disney vacation, I want (expect) a full-on entertainment experience. I'm a big fan of the shows and small, character interactions.

I feel the same way. I cancelled our September trip and have no plans to go back until things return to a semblence of normal.

I will miss LoTLK the most.
Honestly, all of them.
I'm not going back until the Epcot street shows, Hoop, and FOTLK return.
I'm guessing there are lots of people that are unaware that a lot of smaller live performances even exist, and just happen upon them. I think many of the live performances are underrated and overlooked for "rides" which is understandable, but there are many performances that are better than some of the rides, and add a ton of value towards the price of admission, imo. Many of the performers are fantastic, imo - FOTLK, Sergio, Saveur Amusant, Chinese Acrobats, and many more.
We enjoyed watching all of the little shows.
Still miss the living statues and Off Kilter most of all.

Initially I read the question wrong and thought you were asking what are you most glad is gone. And I was going to say Rivers of Light.

Most of Epcot's live entertainment will not be coming back at all, just a heads up. I can see them keeping Mariachi Cobre, JAMMitors and Voices of Liberty but that's about it

Really? Where did you see this announced (that post-Covid, entertainment will definitely not be coming back)?

My son performed with British revolution ans they were told third party acts were unlikely ro be brought back. The only entertainment that is Disney owned at epcot are the ones performing right now at the park and VoL that's coming back for the holiday season, all the others were third party
Keep in mind this is only epcot im taking about not the other park's

That's why we cancelled our Nov trip (sniff sniff, we were to leave tomorrow) months ago. The older we get, the more important the "extras" are, than the rides.

The new Reflections Resort. I was so excited by the concept art and was looking forward to it opening next year. If not scrapped for good, it's certainly now been cancelled for a good many years.

We were supposed to go last Thursday until Tuesday the 3rd, with more Universal than Wallyworld this trip. Not a chance we would go to WDW with everything that is closed for the price. Not even close to a chance. I actually somewhat feel bad for the first timers still going, or the once in a lifetime trippers still going that are not able to get the full experience of all of these fantastic shows and entertainment. I'm sure they are still having a great time (hopefully) but for the price - not a chance I'd be going now.

Out of everything Chapek is getting rid of or cuttiin Which are you happiest you got to see? hoop dee doo for me how's about you?

I was not of the impression that Hoop Dee Doo is "gotten rid off". I was under the impression it is a temporary closure until they are able to safely open it.

OMG I called to add tickets on Tuesday, and I swear the on-hold recording was touting the in-park entertainment and called them the Jamminators!! Ugh!!!! I hear guests (mostly infrequent ones) say that all the time, but come on!!! That was terrible.

And while I’m here, I vote for Burudika Band. They were (are) amazing!!

I love these concerts as well! I am in NC and go about once a year, and I always plan it around seeing a band I love. Are we thinking these concerts (Garden Rocks and Eat to the Beat) are a thing of the past as well??? 🥺

I'm really hoping they come back once COVID is controlled and they are able to resume other activities, like fireworks and the shows where people gather in rows of seats. They've also suspended things like Beauty and the Beast, and the Indiana Jones show, at HS, which has a similar seating arrangement to the concerts in the American Pavilion. Unfortunately, I think it could be a while before it will be safe to resume all of these. I'm bracing myself that it won't happen in 2021, certainly not for Flower & Garden. Maybe Food & Wine 2021 at the earliest, I would imagine.

The cuts have nothing to do with safety and everything to do with saving money, they cut all the shows that have equity actors, the only one left for now is frozen sing along
