Odds of 7 mo 1 BR @ OKW/AK Stand Oct?

Just wondering if anyone might know/have past success

we've only stayed in studios, sure would be nice to try out a 1 BR (at less points than @ WLV ) either OKW or perhaps AKV standard

Four nights beginning 10/19...think we have a shot?

We're using banked points, would have enough to have both ressies (while booking on a day-by-day basis); assumming they still permit switching out the '07 & '08 points once i have secured the 2nd ressie?

I thtink you have an excellent chance for the 1 bedroom at OKW, especially if you call day by day.

Can't help with AKV standard - just don't know.

thanks, wasn't sure since i believe it's still F&W as well as MNSSHP.

haven't stayed @ OKW, drove thru - seems nice to me despite somewhat negative reviews i've read; many focusing on transportation issues...we'll have a car; so should be fine.

We've stayed in an OKW 1 bedroom once. It wasn't enough to convert us to getting a 1 bedroom every time, but DH says that whenever we do get a 1 bedroom, he wants it to be in OKW! I also think you'll get it!

you shouldn't have a problem getting a 1bdrm at OKW because there are so many! AKV may be a problem in the 7 month window in oct because oct is a popular month for DVCers (better pt values) and many ppl may be wanting to stay at AKV cause it is the newest in wdw. hope this helps!
