For example one time after getting off the jungle cruise a women came over with a child sleeping in the stolier and asked if she could bor with the stroller. The CM their informed her that they can only take a wheelchair or ECV on the boats for safety reasons and would not load the stroller in the lift. The woman then asked if she could do rider sawp the cm informeed her that since everyone could ride they didn't offer it. The women then asked if she could leave her sleeping child in the stolier on the dock well she rode. At that point I walked away as I thought this woman is nuts and want to leave their kid alone in a stroller well they ride the jungle cruise?

Fun topic, I once heard/saw a guy ask a CM if he could continue eating his ice cream sundae on BTMRR. I was almost hoping for a yes so I could see what that after picture would look like.

So I've heard a lot of them, normally I just try to ignore them.

But one that I love, I was on the bridge between BLT and CR.

Person showing others around "And see that building that looks like a hanger, that is were Soarin is, we'll be there tomorrow when we go to Epcot."

Me "Umm that is Magic Kingdom, not Epcot."

P "Epcot is what that section of the MK is called"

M "No that is tomorrowland part of MK, that building is a store/arcade and the exit for Space Mountain. You can't see Epcot from here, Epcot is over that way."

P "Thank you."

As I walk away

P "some people who don't know what they are talking about try to be helpful."

On this past Easter, we were riding the boat from POR to DTD. It was just us and another (large) family. They were talking and we overheard them saying that they were going to arrive and DTD and just "take the monorail to anywhere."

We didn't see them after we arrived but I wonder how that plan worked out for them...

I wish dis had a like button

My personal favorite was the guy on the bus complaining that Disney World should have a water park. He was sitting underneath a sign that was on the bus that showed the water parks.

Overheard a man talking to a cast member in MK the other day "Who ever came up with the idea for this park must have been a great person."?!?!?!

OY!!!

When we were walking out of the Lights, Motors, Action Extreme stunt show there was a family in front of us and the son said to his mum was that real fire and she said "of course it wasn't real Disney would never use real fire"!

Haha these are great! I've had the experience where I was posing for a picture my mom was taking of me and a woman came up to me and started snapping away. I just sort if paused and was really confused. I looked behind me wondering if she is taking a picture of someone behind me and I said "oh I'm sorry am I in the way?" She said "no stay there." After much confusion my Mom and I realized she thought I was a cast member posing for photos. Honestly I was wearing a red dress and Minnie ears and nothing to suggest I was a face character of any kind. We still laugh about it! It was quite flattering.

There were two middle age women meeting Gaston in front of us. I was kind of shocked, with all the children around, but I'm sure it went over their heads....
Gaston said to the women "Go ahead... You can squeeze my muscle".

It's always funny listening to people in the airport talking about their impending trip. One couple was telling people they should be sure to take the monorail to Universal because it was so much faster and you saved the parking fees.

Another one talking about how nice it was to stay in the Holiday Inn inside Epcot because you never had to leave the park.

Those were the best, but if you listen carefully you can hear almost anything......

ETA: One more about how you if were staying at POR you could take the boats to all the parks. That was a friend who heard it from a AAA travel agent.

Eating a sundae on BTMR makes me laugh out loud. I rode that thinking it was going to be all nice and gentle. I have never held on to anything so tight and been so glad for something to be over! I would have loved to see where the sundae ended up! LOL

While waiting for the next show at the Hall of Presidents, a lady told her grandson that they were going to see a show that had wax figures that move.

;)

This is the BEST.

Sounds like something I would do on purpose just to get a laugh out of the kids...
:cool1:

While exiting Planet Hollywood at Downtown Disney, watched a family asking a hostess where the castle was. She was like, "Cinderella's castle?? That's at Magic Kingdom". And they said "right....that's where we are so where is it?"

I hope there's a hundred more of these posts, cuz I'm loving them!:lmao:

I've heard quite a few wrong and weird comments myself~a common one being that alot of people will think of the MK as the only park that's 'Disney'. For example, in Epcot, I overheard a father telling his apparently bored young son that, 'yes, we're visiting this park today and tomorrow, we'll go to Disney and see Buzz Lightyear':confused3
