Odd phonecall with CRO...

I just called to check rates and availability for a trip I'm planning in September... The CM (Ruben) told me that he was unable to check anything that was more than 3 months out and that I should call back in July.

How crazy is that?! I thanked him and called back, and of course got my rates and availability questions answered.

Imagine if I didn't know any better...
 
Yikees, maybe his computer was frozen? OR He is a "special" cro agent and has specialized in only these 3 months of ressies, so he cannot help, someone in a different month? :confused3 OR he was asleep in cro class and didn't get all the info he needed to do his job? :earseek:

Good thing you Knew to call back, that was weird. :rolleyes:

I find a lot of who you get at CRO is what time you call. I live on the west coast and I find if I call late I get someone in CRO who is answering phones in Utah...which is fine but they have no idea about WDW or my questions. If I call early in the morning you get someone in Orlando who knows more of what they are doing.
