Odd number contracts worth less?

Hi! This might be an odd question… we currently have 163 RIV points due to owning a fixed week. I’m wanting to add on 50-60 more points and was thinking of going with 57 points to make an even 220 points at riv. My question is, are these odd number point contracts less valuable or sell slower on the resale market? Not sure if I should just buy 50, 55, or 60 points in the even we want to sell in the future?

No they are not worth less. There is some thought that DVC is less likely to ROFR a odd point contract. Not sure how true that is, a point is a point.

I think if I wanted to add on I would just add 50 point contracts if I might sell it later. 50 point contracts just seem to have a good track record of marketability on the resale market. They have just enough meat on them to temporarily satiate addonitis without breaking the bank for large numbers of people.

Would an odd number like 57 be less marketable? I think you would eventually get your asking price, but I think 50 would sell quicker at the asking price. Same with a slightly bigger contract like 60, you would get your asking price, but might have to wait a little longer.

I’ve seen odd numbered contracts sit longer. Not sure about price sold but they tend to sit longer if more rounded contracts are available for a similar price.
