Odd merchandise question

So, we had the chance to head to Disneyland at the end of January/beginning of February. Thanks to this awesome board, we had an amazing time! My kids are already begging to go back.

My question, we bought the Discover the Magic 1,000 piece puzzle while there. Because of a crazy housing situation, we just barely put it together for the first time this past weekend. It's an amazing puzzle, but sadly, we're missing just one piece. Is there a way to get just that one piece? Is there a number that we can call to find out? It's a park exclusive, can't find it on the Disney shopping website or I would actually just buy it again, to have extra pieces in case of more missing ones later on.

Anyway, wasn't sure where to post this and just wondered what the chance is to get the missing piece.

best bet is to call the Disney store and call them to ask what they can do,

I agree with the above poster to contact Guest Services about it. They will likely have to send you an entire new puzzle. With the way puzzles are made, a single piece, if they could even identify and send it, would likely not fit because of how they are cut. If the piece is even the same shape, it may not mate well with the pieces it wasn't cut from. I'm sure Disney will replace the puzzle for you.

I had a similar problem recently with one of those Thomas Kincade 4-packs that I like to get. I was missing a piece on one of them. I emailed the company the information and supposedly a new puzzle is on the way, likely a whole new box of four. It's so awful to get to the end of a puzzle and be missing a piece. I turned my house upside down looking for it! It was nowhere to be found.
