I bought a DVC discounted AP voucher for my son last year, but he ended up not coming on our annual trip with us. He's going this year, but has since moved out of the house. Will he still be able to exchange his voucher for an AP or am I stuck eating the cost?

He will need ID that shows the same address as yours when the voucher is exchanged for the pass.

You are not necessarily out what you paid but without supporting ID that shows him eligible for the DVC AP, you would be (could be?) required to pay the difference between the discounted DVC pass and a general public pass.

Does he have a member ID? Someone needs to have one there when he exchanges the voucher for the AP.

He will be with us, so we'll have our member ID. He's an associate, though, so he doesn't have an ID in his name.

Can you take proof that he lived with you at the time of the order? If the CM gives you trouble, politely ask for a supervisor at Guest Relations.
