We will be going to WDW in October, the 19th to the 26th to be exact. Will it be water park weather while we are down there?? I can't ever remember if we have done water parks in October and we go to WDW at least one a year, although each year is a differnt month. I'm trying to decide if I should include this option in our package or just play it by ear (no pun intended!) when we get there. What are your past experiences for October? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The average high temp is the mid 80's in October. It will get cool at night but by then the water parks are closed anyway.

Usually the temps are at least in the mid to upper 70's during midday which is plenty warm enough for us since we are from Wisconsin. Unless you get an unusual cold snap, the water parks should be fine.

Disney heats all the water at the pools and waterparks (except the Shark pool at TL), so even if the weather is slightly cool, the water is nice. But for mid to late October, you should still have daytime temps in the high 70s at least.

We went to Blizzard Beach in October of 2003. We loved it. I was a great day and we weren't cold at all. Have fun! :sunny:
