Family of 3 Me, DH and DS6 (will almost be 7 at time of Trip) this is our 3rd Trip as a family. My DS is majorly wanting to try some bigger roller coasters this trip biggest ones we tried last year were kali river rapids, dinosaur, star tours, and barnstormer but he loved them. We are on DDP staying at All Star Sports.

Wednesday 10/1 Arrival Day MK Nite
Arrive to MCO at 2:30 PM take MDE to All Star Sports.
ADR at Whispering Canyon at 5 pm (is this to early? could take cabs if needed to get there on time If we cancel could grab QS from Resort or MK)
MK for Wishes
HOPE to FP Space Mountain at 6 (if I do will I have an hour window to get on so until 7pm?)
FP Tomorrowland Speedway at 7
FP Astro Orbiter at 8
try to walk on stitch, monsters, and explore park before fireworks.
Then Ride Buzz after fireworks.

Tuesday 10/2 Epcot
RD Soarin
Nemo
Spaceship Earth
FP 10 Mission Space
Sum of all Thrills
FP 11 Test Track
Lunch around showcase during Food and Wine
Malestorm
Gran Fiesta
ADR 6:35 The Garden Grill
Illuminations
(I don't know where to do the 3rd FP here guess I could do it for illuminations and also questioning Garden Grill I have read mixed reviews DS likes Character Meals but I have two others scheduled. DH will probably go to ESPN at Boardwalk after Dinner to watch Packers games unless there is somewhere in Epcot to watch it. Any suggestions for me and DS that evening between dinner and fireworks.)

Muppets
ADR 12 Hollywood and Vine (Character Meal)

Back to HS for Fantasmic and possibly redoing some rides if we can get FPs or waits aren't bad.

Monday 10/6
Departure Day
Head to DTD Early to go to Lego Store at opening (a must for Son)
Grab Quick lunch at EoS and head back to resort to catch magical Express to airport flight is at 3pm so think we have to get on bus at 12 I know morning will be rushed but have to work in lego store sometime.

Besides the big coasters and Lego Store everything else is flexible and okay to miss something here or there. We did a lot of stuff last year so okay with skipping something we did then if time doesn't allow. This is my first post ever have been a long time reader of the Disboards. Thoughts or advice welcome.

It looks fun overall. Arrival day seems hectic with going to WL for dinner. Maybe you could eat at MK? Unless WCC is a must do and the game time doesn't allow you to eat there later in the week. The timing just seems tight from dinner to your FP 6-7pm.

Our trips overlap a bit! Hope you have a great time!

Your first day looks really ambitious to me....even if your plane is on time and you let bell service hold your carry-ons I wonder if you would make it on time for that ADR at Whispering Canyon plus all of the activities you want to do in the early evening.

Like you said, you have been recently and it's ok if you miss stuff, but I would prepare for your arrival day to be "cushion" and anything you get to do is just a bonus.

The rest looks like fun! I hope your DS enjoys the "big" rides :thumbsup2

Day 1 I dont see how you can get to an ADR at 5 and then FP for SM at 6. Dinner then getting over to MK will take longer IMO. We allow an hour to eat*actually (WCC was our longest meal, took forever to get check.) I think even getting from MCO to check in then to dinner is a huge stretch. Probably wont leave MCO until 3:30 then travel time to resort, check in and get back to buses to MK then over to WL.

Aside, I cant say since I dont plan rides in any order. I guess I have to change that now with FP+. We check in the say you leave. Have fun, I am sure DS will love the thrill rides. My kids are thrill seekers, loved them all, they made me do Tower of Terror when they were 4 and they loved it. I did not.

Thanks guys! I went ahead and canceled ADR for arrival day and think we will either grab something at resort before heading to MK or eat at either cosmic rays or lunching pad or somewhere in tomorrow land. We ate at Casey's corner last year and are wanting to try all new places this year!

At epcot, you might want to think about using your 3rd FP for SSE. The lines at SSE have gotten longer since they implemented FP+. Illuminations is also a tier 1 FP, so you won't be able to reserve one ahead of time if you are planning on getting a FP for TT.

I thought about getting it for spaceship earth. I didn't realize that about illuminations. Maybe I could luck up and get it as a 4th fp we want a good spot for it because it was rained out on our trip last year so we haven't saw it yet.

Noticed on day 2 you are using a FP for Mission Space I haven't needed one on the green side in many trips. With a little one I'm not sure I'd take orange - though many do. Research this ride well before you decide. I've never been motion sick but the force on that ride left me with a migraine all day and my travel partner with chest pain. Never had any issues with green. I know the wait gets longer for orange but green I've never waited over 5 minutes

I was planning on doing green side for sure that's good to know will definitely be getting a fp for maelstrom now that tiering has changed!
