Having seen some of the answers I should add that featurettes (to use Dave Smith's terminology) are not Full length feature films so I am not counting things like Mickey's Christmas Carol for example. I'm looking for films of over an hour (and I can now think of 4......)

This was Farmer Mickey at The Land Grill in the Land, Epcot as most of you correctly identified.

There were a lot more than 3 full length films that Mickey made an appearance in! The 3 I had initially thought of were:
Fantasia, Fantasia 2000 and Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

Amongst others that also scored points were:
Fun and Fancy Free, Hollywood Party(1934 film), 3 Musketeers and A Goofy Movie.
