I have been trying to find a site for October all morning. I tried adding extra days, weeks and all sorts of things. I guess we're just like all others trying to get a MNSSHP weekend. Hopefully somebody will cancel.

Their reservation system is for the birds. I called trying to extend, and they told me no, then I went online, and got right thru.

I'm going to be cancelling my 10/11 to 10/14 ressie later tonite - like around 9pm.

If someone calls first thing in the AM or tries booking online tonite, maybe someone here can get it!

I have no independant recollection of the aforementioned event. Why do you have to drag Rhonda into this ? You are just jealous cause I actually HAD a GOOJF card.

We leave for the fort Thursday, and I am getting a bit nervous that it is going to be packed in the parks. I have been trying to add just 1 person to two of our ADR's and I can't, everything is booked. Yikes! I thought this was suppose to be a quieter time.

I believe it was my card that got taken away because I told someone to take Rhonda's wood. She now is off the Kungaloosh list.

I think the way they have the reservations set up now means people are just booking all kinds of times and then just cancelling when they decide not to go. I have a feeling all it's going to do is continue to make it harder to get sites at the Fort. While I believe the Fort is entering a very good era, I'm also afraid it's going to be harder and harder to find sites (and I don't even consider October one of the top peak times, although the popularity Mickey's Halloween Party probably has boosted the month up the list).
