October Hours (Safe Assumption)?

Current hours for Sat Oct 21st has MK closing at 9pm.

My assumption based on a lot of discussion here is that Disney will likely extend the closing time to Midnight at a later date (maybe Sept/Oct, maybe even as short as a few days before).

Realizing there are no guarantees in life, does anyone with more knowledge than I have in this area -- think a midnight closing for an October (non-MNSSHP) Saturday night -- is a pretty safe bet?
In order to plan around as much as I can?

So everyone will soon post nothing is a safe bet at Disney, so keep that in mind.

But yes, I think it's a safe bet. Back in 2014 Saturday nights were open until 11 or midnight, I'm not sure, I think midnight. The fact that it's supposedly even more crowded now would lead one to believe it will be open late.

I looked at the Calendar for 2014 and most non-party nights were 11 or midnight, or later!

One great thing about extending hours, as long as they aren't EMH, is FP's open up for the extra time! I got a Mine train FP last Oct, when they opened MK an hour earlier.

I think its a safe enough bet, as long as you don't hang all of your hopes and dreams on those extra hours. I would plan tentatively for 11, that way if it is open till 12 you can get excited about an extra hour!

Will plan as much as I can, assuming an 11/12 close. All will work out in any case, just helps a bit knowing it's more likely than not.
