October- help me decide!

Which would you choose- first week of October or last week of October? Two adults, no kids.

We'd do any week in Oct that avoids Columbus Day, the weekend prior and the day after.

I say first week because everything can get busy the closer you get to Halloween.

It's really not like that. Christmas is, but not Halloween. It has to do with school breaks, and there tend to be less in later October.

That said though, it's a matter of degrees. The entire month is busy any more. But you couldn't pay me to schedule around Columbus Day any more.
