Would love to hear from anyone who has been at Oct half term before!! How was it? What were the wait times like for the rides? Bearable or not?!! Will be staying in Disney hotel, do you get early entry?
Thanks
We went to DLP last October half term for 2 days/3 nights. We had a great time. The parks weren't too busy and the only rides with long waits were Big Thurnder Mountain & I think Splash Mountain.
There were a few things like Halloween make-up and hair for the children in the parks.....now this is where the quese were the LONGEST!!!! I think I queued for an hour for DD to have her hair done!! There wasn't one ride that took that long!
The park was really decorated nicely as was Disney Village.
Disney Studios was very quiet with virtually no queues at all.
Managed to eat dinner at Cafe Mickey in Disney Village without making a reservation - only waitied about 10 minutes!
From what I can remember there wasn't early entry but that was fine and we still managed to do/see everything we wanted. We got to the Stusios as they opened on the first morning and were ready to leave well before it shut and wandered over the the main park for the rest of the early evening and spent all of our 2nd day there. To be honest it was more than long enough.
