October Exercise Challenge

I am at 25/1200 - would have been more but the childcare at the gym paged me to come and get Joey because he was crying. He was okay, he just missed his mommy!
 
I am going for 100 miles this month. With a self mini-challange of doing strength training 2 times per week.

My October total is 10.6/100 miles.

I did some low weight reps yesterday -- so I am up to 20/620

Please remember to post your TOTAL minutes as of when you are posting. It is really helpful if you do your own math:teacher: versus me trying to do everyones!!! I sometimes have to break out the calculator to do the percentages, so it really helps if I don't have to do all the adding too. Thanks a bunch!!!

I try to update once a day, but sometimes life gets in the way and it may take a little while. Also, if I make a mistake with your numbers or percentage, please let me know by posting or PM.

Good Morning

So far I have 50/1000.

I did 20 minutes of Yoga and 30 minutes walking the dogs.

Count me in for 1000. I haven't completed a challenge in a while but I hope that this month will be better.

I have done 45/1000 since Monday.
 
I'm away for a week this month, so I'm only going to try for 1200 min. I'm at 115/1200 so far. Thanks!
 
I got in 30 minutes of WATP this morning that puts me at 30/900.
