I am at 1170/1260 for the month. But this doesn't include the miles of walking we did at WDW this past week. I'm not even sure how to quantify it--I don't wear a pedometer. As a matter of fact, I don't ever include the incidental exercise that I get on a normal day (about 20 minutes walking between my office and the hospital at least once a day, walking from the parking lot, walking to and from my workstation to the exam rooms probably 80 times a day; I guess it would add up, but, since I did it all the time, and obviously was able to gain weight despite the exercise, it doesn't count).
