October Exercise Challenge

I had an off week, only 105 minutes. I just didn't seem to have the energy once I got to the gym.

Does remodeling count? I did spend about 5 hours this weekend painting the soon to be nursury.

With the 105, that now gives me 585/1140; over halfway there!
 

My total is 1035/1260, including Sun, Mon and Tues this week. Leaving for a fall break trip later today.

Is it just me or is it the weather? :confused3 I think it's me...I'm slacking probably because I have reached goal and I've lost motivation :mad: Well, I did manage the bike on Wednesday but only 30 minutes, so that's what I'm recording today.

I've got my fingers crossed that next month will be better!:thumbsup2
