October Exercise Challenge

Alright, not doing all I wanted to, seem to have this horrible cold going on. So, just add 90 to get me to 120. I have my work cut out for me to get where I need to be!

90 minutes of hockey last night - 195/1000
 
I guess I should check in once in a while, eh?
Well, after today's chilly 3-mile walk, I'm at 210 out of 1600 minutes so far. I had some problems with new sneakers and blistering earlier in the week, but mercifully that seems to be working itself out. And two weeks from today our new gym opens...can't wait. I'm hoping that helps me kick things up a notch or six.

No energy yesterday afternoon, but I did manage a 40 minutes walk yesterday - 300/1000
 
Please add 283 minutes for me for the past week. I did a lot of walking at WDW. (Unfortunately, I did a lot of eating, too :teeth: ).

Not a thing for Fri (just a bunch of goofin off) but made up for it with 120 mi today, 100 min on TM and 20 min of strength training! 460/1500!
