October Exercise Challenge

45 minutes total today. 10 min. crunches, 10 min. weight walking, 45 min. walking/jogging

total 105/900 :sunny:
 

60 minutes at the gym yesterday and 90 minutes walking today. 150/1200!
 
WOOHOO got in 150 minutes today!!!!! That puts me at 371/2000 :cheer2:

Is this the way it goes...You post how many min. you want to exercise this month and count them like this.
0/500? Since I am starting today. Then post as I have done the min.

Got 30 minutes of strength training in, bringing me to 77/1400!
 
Sorry I'm late signing up here. I'd like to sign up for 2000 min please. Hopefully I can carry some momentum from last month into this.

As of today, I have 100/2000 min in with plans for an active day tomorrow.
 
HI everyone....I am going to do it this month. Please put me down for 1000 minutes this month. So far I have done 140/1000

60 minutes on treadmill. Longer than normal since I walked slower and talk to my mom on phone :wave:
 
Forgot to add in yesterdays 45 min. for a new total of 225/1500. I'll be adding more later today!
 
Adding another 120 minutes to my total: 270/1200

This morning I put in 60 minutes at the gym (elliptical and lifting weights) then came home and walked for another 60 minutes. :woohoo:
