I know this sounds weird but I played with my daughter at the park yesterday for a half an hour. She had me running up the stairs down the slide, climbing the kiddie rock wall and would not let me sit.
It was nice, It took 30 mins before I just couldn't run around like that. It is great losing the weight and allowing me to play with my kids again
I'll take the challenge! I have no idea where to start, but I'll shoot for 1000 minutes and see where I get. I figured out I've already got 75 minutes in for the month, so I guess that makes me 75/1000.
Just updated! Please remember to put your minuted in your posts so I know what to add for you. You can either just put your new total - 237/1500 or for me to add 74 minutes or whatever.
I'm going to try again for October because September got lost somewhere for me! I will shoot for 1000 this month! I am bound and determined to do this again! So far I am at 98/1000.
