October discounts?? Free dining?

Hello! Planning a trip for this October and have found no info on the free dining program, or any other available discounts for that month. I though free dining was traditionally offered in the first week or two, any information please?

You are correct, traditionally Free Dining has been offered during early October. But not this year! No discounts have been released so far for October.

Free dining for the month of October has never been released for the general public this early.

Last year, it was 8/24 when free dining for 10/1/11-12/15/11 was announced.

The year before that, it was announced on 7/6/11 that free dining was extended to include the days from 8/15/10-12/21/10.

And the year before that, Disney offer free dining for the dates 9/27/09-12/17/09 on 7/24/09.

So, you're probably going to have to wait a while, if Disney even offers it at all.

I was wondering the same thing! DD will be 21 on Oct. 3 and she has hinted that she would like to go to WDW instead of having a party. I was very dissapointed that the free dining ended on 9/29. Praying we can make this work...

If you're really looking for the first week of October, the current dining is good through 9/29. If your first day is 9/29, free dining will carry through for your whole trip which would be the first week of October. I'm booked from 9/29 - 10/7 with free dining right now.
