For those of you visiting in October I strongly suggest you get ADRs. I visited there several times this month and we were just shocked at how crowded the parks were. Three nights we could not get ADRs even for the mose minor restaurants. I used to say if you were going in Oct you wouldnt have a problem getting into most of the restaurants boy has that changed. I think the Halloween party and F&WF have really boosted business in Oct.

Just got back and this was our 3rd time in OCT. Boy was it busy!!! MK on Sat 10/8 was unbearable. MGM was bad too. AK and Epcot not so bad. There is no way you will get a walk up at any table service right now. The parks are almost like high season.

I just made my ADRs this past weekend for my trip next week (11 days) and got everything I wanted, including the times I wanted. I was shocked. My listed included LeCellier and CRT/dinner.

we just got back 10/5-10/15 and we stayed away from the parks over columbus day weekend but i must say we didnt have more than 20 min wait on anything except for rrc at mgm and sorin at epcot... we go in oct every year usually more towards the end but i really didnt think it was crowded at all.... i can see on 10/8 because it was a holiday weekend but the week before and after that weekend were fine!!

it wasn't fine Oct 1-2-3....it started to improve around the 4-5-6, but the first weekend of the month was BUSY. No ADRs to be found.

We were there 10/11-10/15 and it was packed. They were turning people away at pretty much every place we had ADR's for. However there was almost no wait on 90% of the attractions despite the fact there were tons of people.

I guess everyone was busy eating and drinking at the Food & Wine Festival!:drinking1
