Saturday was a rest day for me after my off schedule and painful long run Friday. Yesterday I got in a half hour walk, and today a 60 minute strength workout. Brings me to 260/1500.
Sorry I have not been as talkative or involved so far this month, life has been a bit crazy. Should calm down a bit next week.
