OMG there so much to do! Don't come in here and get me all riled up!

Wonder why my coordinator said we needed the limo then. Have I been complaining about wearing heels that much to everyone?? Hmm, is it time to "tweak the limo arrangements" again?

I think it is more like a 10-15 minute walk. It isn't far but it isn't close either lol. You have to walk from the wedding pavilion past the pool area, then past the resort because the convention center is on the other side. Not trying to discourage you, just trying to give you a visual.

Uggg, I didn't want to think about this but I guess I should.

Things to do still:
-Choose tuxes/order
-Find my maid of honor a dress since hers doesn't fit... uggg, no idea how everyone is going to match now
-Rebook some of our hotel arrangements (since we just changed our wedding date)
-Have concierge Make ADR's
-OK the final proofs for invites and get them ordered etc.
-Book the calligrapher for invites and place cards
-Just ordered the flower girl dress today
-Cancel all the other room reservations I had through our room block
-Cancel all other previous arrangements from the old wedding date
-Buy bridesmaids gifts and get on DF's tush about buying his groomsmen gifts
-Buy parents gifts
-Book rehearsal and rehearsal luncheon
-Finalize everything for our planning session
-Sign and revise the contract with our florist
-Shop for wedding trip clothes
-Try not to get too round so I fit into my dress ( I guess I don't have too much control over that one)
-Call and scream at the bridal shop since they won't do anything about my dress and the fact that it will probably be too small since I will be about 4 or 5months preggers
-Panic
-Have planning session
-Have dress fittings
-Second floral meeting to view mock up and sample floral for bouquet
-Get BEO
-Panic
-make final payments
-Panic some more

Firstly a big sorry for all my typing error on last two posts, i was trying to be quick as at work

Please do not change any of your plans on our say so. After having a good think about it, it would maybe be a 8 to 10 min walk in heels, i do tend to walk at record pace which does annoy everyone, they call me sargent major . We are planning on a very slow walk stopping for photo's on the way. We are not changing our limo rental just in case it rains or i am way to hot in my dress!!!
We are quite chilled and relaxed so will just see how we feel on the day.

Oh girls (and boys if reading) we have had the worst wedding week. Here i am saying we are really relaxed and i have ended up having 1.5 days off work ill last week. I have been having the worst tummy pains and even had to pull over on the motorway, i think i was having a bit of a panic attack (not like me). I suffer badly with my stomach and stress and upset really trigger it off which is why i have had to try and develop a very relaxed out look on life.

Any how on tuesday one of my friends who has two kids decided she may want a villa (all of us 44 people are staying at POFQ) as she did not want to be in a room, even though they had two rooms, i could not understand this myself but i don't have kids so...

I explain that i understand but that they will be worse of finacialy as we have free disney dining.
I heard no more. Then weds afternoon came. My Df called to say his best man wanted to meet him at lunch time - very odd. Our thoughts were confirmed he, his partner and our god daughter could not come due to financial reasons so needed to cancel their holiday.....
DF was gutted to say the least. These two have been best friends since they were born.
Then i get a call from friend mentioned above, would i mind if 10 of them stayed in a villa, well what could i say......she said she wanted to check with me first which i thought was nice, then when she calls back she dropped herself in it by saying they had already booked the villa that morning....nice touch hey!!!???
I told DF and he just lost it as this meant none of his ushers/friends were staying at the hotel with him , ok not lost it like some may have as we are both very placid but he was very cross and took himself off to the driving range.
Next, i had a meeting with my 4 bridesmaids that evening so they could tell me what they wanted to do at the spa the morning of the wedding etc. Well my sister calls she is ill (i am a little miffed as i had to cancel two weeks ago because she could not make it for no reason) then the other one calls up and says she is going for dinner with boyfriend. She called 20 mins before we were supposed to meet. I asked if she could just pop in for 20 mins as this evening had been arranged for two weeks and that she saw boyfriend every day, she said no and just told me over the phone what she wanted....
I swear by the time i got round my friends house i was ready to call it all a day and just go away on our own!!!!

Any how my two top bridesmaids (bless they take their roles very seriously) gave me a glass of wine and let me rant (just like i am now!!).

So now things are back on track. I have sent the guys staying in the villa an email with the prices of dinner shows etc that they will now have to pay for. Believe me it is much cheaper to stay in the hotel. I think a couple of them are regretting it already!!

Well sorry for the rant, but i do feel better now!!

They call you "sargent major" with the pace you walk? Haha. When I walk people call me "hurryupwillya." I suppose I will keep the limo then BTW, I'm sorry your week was so stressful with all your wedding guests I understand where you're coming from for sure!

Jen, For my MOH and BM I bought a fun, beachy tote and I am filling it with lots of goodies like pajamas, flip flops, towel, makeup, photo album, a novel from their fave author,

Hmmm, I'm currently up to no good.

So, in the past week, I've purchased iron on swarovski crystals that say "bride," "maid of honor," "bridesmaid," "mother of the bride," and "mother of the groom." I thought I found the perfect shirt to put mine on, but I tried it on and it wasn't flattering. What shirts can I get that will look good on everyone??

DF just popped "The Incredibles" in and I just had a thought. So, a few years ago I was Mrs. Incredible for Halloween and of course I still have the shirt. I could easily modify mine to have the incredible's logo with a swarovski crystal "Bride" written across it. Maybe I'll get Incredible's logo shirts for everyone.

Then I thought, DF needs one too. Do you think I could get DF to wear it, just briefly for a picture, under his tux shirt and get him to do this, in a Clark Kent/Superman sort of way:

He says no, but I'm on a mission now

Haha - I bought some zazzle shirts for DF and me and I ordered mine XL, but they are babydolls and I'm bummed that they're too small. Obviously I can't exchange them, but I'm thinking about ordering more in a regular shirt style. Any ideas?
