I just called them to see if I had a PIN attached to my ID. The CM was extremely nice and told me to keep an eye on my email as they are getting ready to roll out offers in the next few weeks. I explained to him that we are first timers and really didn't expect one, however he sounded really sure that we would benefit from something. I aksed if I got an offer since we already booked and he said yes just call in and they'll make adjustments.

We're keeping our fingers crossed!

Just bought my first AP this year (planning a trip in Sept/Oct and next July) and hoping for a discount for the Poly! Just noticed that the last discount excluded the Poly - is that normal??

Not sure about "normal" but sometimes certain hotels are excluded from these offers. Maybe someone more in the know than myself could chime in?

I am surprised the current offer is still only through 8-13???

No news yet?!? Our trip is from 9/28-10/3 - got the AP discount for the first four nights (though I have to admit it was disappointing ) and now we need that fifth night to be discounted!

I'm assuming I can just apply the discount (when it comes out) to our last night - I don't have to make a completely new ressie?? That would be annoying, to have to check out then check back in...

You'll have to have two reservations and two deposits. And yes, it is a pain. The biggest issue with this is if the second AP discount is only for a certain type of room (say you're staying at POR ina standard and then the second discount is for a king only) you'll have to move. Otherwise, it's really just a little bit extra paperwork.

Hey - me too! Although I booked with the AP discount. We were originally planning on coming home on the 2nd, but the Southwest flights were soooo much cheaper on the 3rd that we decided to stay an extra day

Keep hoping for that discount (or we may need to move resorts for that last night - the Poly at rack rate is )

I'm hoping we'll see something past Oct. 1st come out in August. I believe that is historically when such AP rates have been released?
