October Airfare

When do you think Southwest will release fares for October? What prices do you think we'll see? I'm looking for Hartford to Providence, October 16-22. Thanks!

Last year SW released airfare for October right around May 1st or so.
Price from Hartford to Orlando was $176 with tax. during the summer (july)
SW had a sale and we were able to rebook at $116 with tax.
We are also waiting for SW to release our dates for our Sept. trip and hoping
to get the same price as last year...

For this time frame, they say, 131 days prior to current end of schedule. I have calculated 131 days before sept 12 to be may 5, which is a thursday, so as good a guess as any, i suppose. I know I'll be watching that day!

i dont know if you have jet blue , but we just booked oct 5th - 14th $89 each way out of kennedy

i cant wait for southwest they take so long getting there prices out....we like jet blue better anyway

I got Jetblue out of Boston in Oct. $79.00 down, $69.00 back for eight of us.
