**@@** October 6th, 2007 Magic**@@**

Wish we could join in the fun...but with a big family group on board and it being the first morning, I don't think we can commit. We may see you there and I will definitely say "hello!" if so. :thumbsup2

We are in danger of slipping to the 2nd page of meets!!! How can this happen with only 2 weeks to go to our cruise...BUCK UP PEOPLE!!! :confused3
:lmao: :lmao: :cool1:   :dance3:

What you think it's all work :laundy: and no play?! :yay: pirate: :surfweb:

We received our cruise documents today. They arrive via courier addressed to my eldest daughter 13.

The packaged contained 2 "Travel Booklets"

1 for myself, DW & DD 8.
1 for DD 13.

I checked the room number in both booklets and they match.

Can anybody tell me why we're not all on one "Travel Booklet"

That is strange...but is everything right? We have never cruised - so I have no idea if this is normal. Is it?:confused3

Who booked this for you? Did a travel agent do it?

The last time we sailed... in 2005, we got 5 booklets.. one for each of us.

Sadly I can't say how many booklets we are getting this time around because we are still waiting for ours. lol

I would like to remind everyone to VOTE!!! Link is in my siggy!

I wanted to add, this is a good time to order baskets for the cruise from Shirley www.theperfectgift.cc It's best to call her, since her webiste doesn't really explain everything she can do.

I ordered just the basic med Sand bucket for the kids. Told them what kind of snacks they like (the snacks are great for port days lol) and can't wait to see the kids faces when they see them.

If you do call Shirley tell her Laurabearz from the DIS says Hi hi!! (I dont get anything from it, other than to say hi lol)

I guess I should have posted but not voted cause either would work for us I think.

Paul and Reine arriving around noonish and picking up mom and sis, Lois and Janet at the airport later that afternoon. Then picking up Chris and Julia, DS and DDIL from Animal Kingdom Lodge (they're coming in on Wed) later that afternoon-evening.

We're all staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites and have a rental van. We'll probably get to the port on Saturday morning about 10:30 or 11:00.

I (Reine) am the only DisNut but I'll have some type of lime green Mickey on the carryon or person somehow. The rest of them don't have a clue how fun the boards are.

We are arriving 10/3 and will be staying at Pop Century. We are attending MNSSHP on 10/4. We are renting a car to drive to the port and will probably arrive around 10:30am.

we will arrive at orlando at 5pm give or take and r staying at the hyatt regency hotel. don't know how that locates with yours. but we will see u later on the ship. if not before. we will be wearing lime green t's

Saturday Port Canaveral — Get to the port around 10:30 or so and get on the ship as soon as they'll let us. Meet DD and new DSIL for lunch in Parrot Cay. Enjoy showing the rest of our group the beautiful ship and the surprises DD has for their rooms. Attend the Cruise Meet at 3:00. Palo for Dinner.

Sunday Key West - Back to Nature Kayak excursions for Paul, Reine, Chris and Julia. Probably explore a bit with DMIL and DSIL when that's done. Key lime pie on stick sounds great.

Monday At Sea — Enjoy the Magic! And participate in the Stateroom tour. Dress up for Formal Night.

Tuesday Grand Cayman - Not sure - probably Island tour of some kind.

Wednesday Cozumel - DH and me, Jungle Hike. No clue about the rest of the group. That night? PIRATE NIGHT!

Thursday At Sea — Soak up some more Magic!

Friday Castaway Cay - Nature Walk and Kayak excursion in the AM, floating in Serenity Bay in the afternoon. pack

Saturday Port Canaveral — Get the van and get everyone back to the airport. Maybe take DD shopping before we say goodbye.

We are going to explore Key West a little more this time.

As far as GC and Coz we will see how hot it is.

We will enjoy going to CC and soak up the beauty.

Mostly this time we plan on being on the ship.

We're arriving about 7 PM 10/5, still haven't booked a hotel (will be somewhere near Downtown Disney), and MAY (HOPE) get to ILLUMINATIONS, otherwise, shop, shop, shop at World of Disney. Driving rental car to Port Canaveral early Saturday, probably with last-minute Wal-Mart stop, and finally, hope to arrive at the terminal by 10:30.:woohoo:

We will be arriving on Oct. 5th, and we are staying at Country Inn and Suites.

We plan on going to port around 10:00 or 10:30.

Laura, I think I have already posted this but I just saw your post saying that you still needed a cat 7 to finish the tour, so maybe I forgot. We do have a cat 7 and would be glad to open it for the tour. It is a secret verandah room so it will be different from the actual cat 7 verandahs.

I've not been able to check out this thread for a while, so has there been a day and time set for the tour yet?

Ann
