As I start to plan and look at the calendar, I realized August 2011 is the week before Alexa starts high school

Then I think what that means...if Alexa makes high school cheerleading, she has cheer camp that week. Do I keep the cruise and wait and see what happens, or cancel now and know I did not invest time and money. Well since we know the Dream is not going anywhere, we have decided not to book August 2011. Probably best...my luck would be a hurricane would be hitting that week and we would not get our double dip at Castaway.

So cruise with us Dec 4th on a 4 day and add some park days. Nothing like MK at Christmas

My only question was how did you get on the ship before everyone else, to get the videos and photos of empty halls and decks? I don't think that you could get these shots even if you were first in line!

Thanks Steve... It's my goal to actually finish this trip report..

I took the deck videos at off times for the hallways, early in the morning is a good time but I also found that the time that second dining had started and the show happening at the same time completely empties out the hallways so much of it was taped then.

Thanks for the great memories Kelly. It was so great having been able to spend the week with you and John on board! It is just starting to realize that I am not going to see you guys, Shell's and Mark's family, Jen and Eric's family every time we turn a corner.

We definitely have to try to set up some time of meet after the new year, to get everyone together. We relly miss you guys, and how we becme an extended family!

Thanks so much, Steve!!! We're in SC now (in a wonderful home!) trying to figure out how to handle Family Day and graduation food. Jared wants Chick Fil A - and sweet tea.

Wish y'all (the southern way to write and say it .. ) could be here, too!! It's beautiful and peaceful (as peaceful as possible with a rowdy, excited 4 year old running around).

I hope to be on chat tonight. We'll see what happens!
