The rental Fee is $50. There is a $100 Deposit for damage but thet is refunded as long as we behave. It includes basicaly the reserved use of the pavilion. I am thinking of reserving My firehouse as an emergency back up in case it is pouring down rain on that day. I can get that for free if we need it. With all the rain we have been gatting it souold run out by then I am hopeing.

Are we planning any trick or treating for our group? Or we doing the cruises? Just starting to plan ahead. I know it is crazy because we board on halloween.

I would love to trick or treat - but I'm going to wait to make some of those plans after I hear from Concierge. I have an email asking a lot of questions (including Halloween plans) ready to go on day 105. I will relay all info to you guys as soon as I get it.

1 - Are there any open rooms on the concierge level that you can let my great friends Jeff and Holly move to for no charge?
2 - Can you reserve the bar one night so only me and my friends from Disboards are allowed in?
3 - Can you get a large table to hold about 100 people one night at Palo?
4 - Can you keep the kids clubs open 24 hours?
5 - Can you get the ship diverted to Hawaii?
6 - Can you call my boss and tell him that the US immigration won't let the ship doc for another month and the company is required by law to still pay me (just wire the money to the ship)?
AND most important of course
What are the trick or treating plans?

Yep! My mom and I are both celebrating ours on the cruise. I know that there are several others, too.

Hi! We are a group sailing on this cruise. Our party has 8 children ages: girls: 6, 9, 10, and 11 boys: 5, 7, 8, & 9. I know from the chats there are many other children around your daughter's ages sailing. It should be a great cruise! Any other questions, just ask away!
