For any woman who has ever felt she needed to diet: :rotfl2:

The Non-Stress Diet

This diet is designed to help you cope with stress which normally builds up during the day.

Breakfast

1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast, Dry
8 oz. Skim Milk

Lunch

4 oz. Lean Broiled Chicken Breast
1 cup Steamed Spinach
1 cup Herb Tea
1 Oreo Cookie

Mid-Afternoon Snack

Rest of the Oreos in the package
2 Pints Rocky Road Ice Cream
1 Jar Hot Fudge Sauce
Nuts, Cherries, Whipped Cream

Dinner

Loaves of Garlic Bread with Cheese
Large Sausage, Mushroom & Cheese Pizza
4 Cans or 1 Large Pitcher of Beer
3 Milky Way or Snickers Candy Bars

Rules For This Diet

1. If you eat something, and no one else sees you eat it, it has no calories.

2. When drinking a diet soda while eating a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled by the diet soda.

3. When you eat with someone else, calories don't count as long as you don't eat more than they do.

4. Foods used for medicinal purposes NEVER count. Example: hot chocolate, brandy, toast, and Sara Lee Cheesecake.

5. If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner.

6. Movie-related foods do not have calories because they are part of the entertainment package and not part of one's personal fuel. Example: Milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints and Tootsie Rolls.

7. Cookie pieces contain no calories. The process of breaking the cookie causes calorie leakage.

8. Late-night snacks have no calories. The refrigerator light is not strong enough for the calories to see their way into the calorie counter.

9. If you are in the process of preparing something, food licked off knives and spoons have no calories. Examples: Peanut Butter on a knife and ice cream on a spoon.

10. Food of the same color have the same number of calories. Examples are spinach and pistachio ice cream, mushrooms and white chocolate.

11. Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any other.

Ronnie Jo- I luv the way you think, girl! although, I do hold the sausage on the pizza (always looking for ways to cut back :rotfl2: )

this weekend, it's birthday parties and a graduation party. No time for the fun stuff like laundry

A thought:
When I die I want to go like my grandmother, who died peacefully in her sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in her car.

Hi all, just keeping us on page one.

Cheri - Renee's diet plan left out one thing : ALL food and drink consumed on a Disney Cruise is allowed under the "I'm on vacation so kiss my butt" rule. :teeth:

And remember:

The main reason Santa is so jolly is because he knows where all the bad girls live.

Real estate prices are out of whack everywhere, if you ask me. Little 'fixer-uppers' you used to be able to buy around here as rentals for $85-90 thousand are now going for over $200K! You can't get a decent family home for under $550-600K. Great googly-moogly, that is a lot of cheese!

SueEllen - Glad to see we'll have an official DIS moderator on our cruise! :) Consider yourself invited to our DIS party, if you'd care to make an appearance. It takes place in the Walt Disney Suite, day and time to be announced later. Stay tuned! :teeth:

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose. :sad2:

'Beano'

Beano, you are too funny. I would love to join the DIS party (you think I would miss the Walt Disney Suite  ?) This will be our 2nd Halloween cruise and I have met a few of you on prior cruises.

I wish October would hurry up and get here.

Well its monday, and the weekend was kinda a blurr.... Friday i had to run out and do some shopping for some last minute bachelor/bachelorette party stuff....let me tell you, there is very little bachelor party stuff, but tons for a bachelorette.

Got me a new set of them there golf clubs friday for my saturday morning 9am tee time. I did find something out...no matter how good the golf clubs are...I STILL SUCK! Don't know what my score was, i kinda stopped keeping count after i lost 2 in the woods and 1 in the pond....and that was only on the 2nd hole.

Ok, ladies....all in good fun i made my friend a t-shirt that said "all these women showed me their ****s, bachelor party, may 14, 2005" What would your response be if you saw a guy at a bar wearing it?? We were getting some of the dirtiest looks from girls....one group i kinda pissed off cause i was like...hmm, i take my buddy to a strip club and have fun and have the strippers sign his shirt, then we come to this bar, get dirty looks for a shirt that says "bachelor party" and we get dirty looks, yet at a bachelorette party the girls are carrying around big "units" and it is ok? I was like what kinda double standard is that? I don't think they liked me so much.

Yesterday was spent recovering and watching movies. And now it is monday...

p-dawg out

SueEllen - Glad to hear you'll be joining us!

Here's what we are thinking, for the DIS party:

Monday, around 1:00 P.M. That's our second sea day, and it's still early in the cruise. It happens to be Halloween, but I suppose that's ok. We'll have TONS of food, so don't worry about lunch. (You can go home and tell your friends you had a private lunch served in the Walt Disney Suite !) :earsboy:

We just want to do this at an appropriate time for everyone. So, a sea day makes the most sense. And having it early enough in the day hopefully won't interfere with anyone's evening plans.

Gimme your thoughts - is this a good day and time for everyone? :goodvibes

'Beano'

Beano,
You want us to confirm an "appropriate time" to party in Walt's suite? Are you serious??!!?? :confused3 :confused3 ANY TIME is appropriate for that. Whatever time and day you and RonnieJo decide to graciously open up your Magic abode, you can count on us being there!! Sheesh!!!

Chris

Hey Beano Monday around 1:00 is fine with us ! Just make sure you don't make it one of those open ended parties or we may never leave!

We got out MNSSHP tickets in the mail :cool1: !

Has anyone ever flown into Tampa ? How far of a drive would it be from Tampa to Cocoa Beach???

We spent the weekend cleaning up the back yard and getting the pool ready.
This should be our last week for spring and then the heat starts.

Pdawg : Any girls that can't put up with some guys having fun at a bachelor party need to get a life. Next time come to Vegas and we'll take care of you.

Luckey - Our parties do tend to be 'open ended' ... thank god for room service huh? :goodvibes What the heck; the suite sleeps 10... 15 if enough alcohol is involved! :rotfl2:

We spent most of the weekend cleaning our backyard, too. Clean the patio, hose off the deck, drag out the patio furniture, etc. Plus, a fresh coat of stain on the fence. The pool is up to about 75 degrees. Now - bring on the heat! :sunny: :sunny:

'Beano'

Beano : Bring on the heat is something we NEVER say in Vegas!
The prediction is for 103 by this weekend, but of course that's a "dry heat".

Girls I have three words for you Aussie Rugby Team ! It looked like the cast of Thunder from Down Under in my bar last night  sometimes I just LOVE my job.

:Pinkbounc Luckey :Pinkbounc

Did any of the rugby players have a full set of teeth? :rotfl2: That game looks totally brutal!!

Still working on backyard...have to be more careful now....I forgot to put sunscreen on and am now a lobster woman  how stupid am I? :rotfl:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

Q: What has two legs and bleeds alot?

A: Half a cat.

'Beano'

Ronnie Jo:

30 of the cutest full - tooth'd smiles you could ever want to see !
They were in again last night.

The country music awards were at the Mandalay Bay last night so we were full of cuties.

We'll be spending another weekend in the backyard too. It's supposed to hit 104 by Monday so we have to get that pool warmed up before we take the cover off and leave it off.

 Luckey...

Cute rugby players and country music awards.....WOO-HOO!!!

Did ya' see anybody famous last night?

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

No we just saw a lot of wannabees. Sunday we had the Tim Magraw look-a-like, Monday it was the Allan Jackson look-a-like.

We did have alot of the band members come in though. I was looking up at the Tv screen and said hey I waited on that guy last night.

Everyone was very nice from this crowd of people, or maybe I was in an Aussie indused happy zone :bitelip:
One of these days I'm going to that country !

I have 15 bazillion things to do today and I don't feel like doing any of them.
I NEVER should have gotten off that massage table yesterday !

Luckey - 104 is perfect for me! :sunny: :sunny:

Only thing better would be... 105!

I found out today that I may be in Las Vegas for a few days in mid Sept. I'll look you up if so. I also have a cousin in Vegas and I haven't seen him in years, so it'd be nice if I can make the trip. Best of all, it's free! :goodvibes Except for my gambling money, which could get expensive.

Why are croutons kept in airtight bags?? It's just stale bread to begin with.

'Beano'
