wouldn't you want me to call you to wake you so we could have coffee??

I could call you the morning you come to Florida...I can be your wake up call....or are you "too excited to sleep"

do you have that Disney commercial there?

Will have to find a Starbucks around our hotel or at the airport...so NO don't wake me up! :lmao: Beside I already have to get up around 3:30 - 4am that day :crazy2:

And yes, we do have that commercial :happytv:

:confused3 Well Johnna I live with a professional contractor and I can't get my pergo floors done :confused3 . The shoe makers children go bare foot !

NO news on the PE job hunt, I'm still investigating the classroom gig. They need 1,000 new teachers next year but I don't know if I'll be able to take the pay cut by then. It looks like La Salsa will be open until the end of the year so I'm gonna hold out.

:cheer2: Edd's talking about going on another cruise :cheer2: !
Crazy man is going to put that kind of idea in my head :rotfl2: .

Where's Tenor ? That crazy Red Head.

And Ophie I refuse to die before I find out the end to HP !

That's not what you are suppose to post! :thumbsup2

Suppose to start with "HEY......."

Thanks for missing me Luckey. I'm only slighty nuts...although I do have a room ready for me at the funny farm when needed. It's on hold.

I keep thinking that they will kill off some more major characters in HP before all is said and done. Maybe Snape, maybe one of the Scooby Gang. I think that Harry will take Dumbledore's place in the end, now that they've killed him off. Hoping he will get his parents back too somehow...

Busy last couple of weeks. Have missed talking to you guys. Saralinda is going to VBS this week, and I am getting ready for our trip to Maui. :cheer2: ...We are leaving on Sunday. Anniversary is the 15th. :bride: ... Started packing yesterday...a little here, a little there. Trying to figure out the cheapest way of getting all of us and our luggage from the airport to the hotel. Hotel about 30 min. from airport. Limo is $150 each way, so that's out. Taxi is $85, but we would need 2 of them with all the luggage, don't think we'll fit all of it into one trunk. Looking into shuttles now, because a limo is cheaper than 2 cabs. Love Hawaii, but soooo spensive!!! It is so beautiful though, only thing that would make it better would be for my peeps to be there as well. Maybe one of these days we could have a reunion meeting there instead of Disney.

So much to do....sort through bills, laundry, :laundy:.., decide what to pack (isn't that always just the hardest?), stop the mail and papers, call vet to board the kitties :cat: ....

Hope everyone is fantabulous, JoJo got yer phone message, will try to call you back.

Hi Beanzie!!!! :cool1:...love to all Croutons.

Sean and Linda :yay:

Chris and Cheri

Betsy :yay:

Oph and Tim:  ..When are you moving? Congrats on house.

Did I forget anyone???....oopsie Hi Sue Ellen!!

Best wishes to everyone!!!

according to our last driver: the only Starbuck's between WDW and Port Canaveral (without driving miles out of your way) is ... at the airport.
Just in case anybody is interested.

and I ususally don't go to bed before 3:00am the day before we leave! ooh, maybe we can put just one more thing in this suitcase... if I wash this load of laundry then I can take this and this... hmm, I might want to wear these shoes... Cassie should have another sweater...

shhh, be vewy quiet. I'm hunting wabbits.:tiptoe:

:sunny: :umbrella: The weather forecast for Kingsburg tonight? Showers, with a temp of 92. And we're worried about the weather in Florida in July? ;)

What will the weather be like in July in Florida?????? As hot as it normally is here in Texas????

HOT! :sunny:

Like 90 degrees with 90% humidity. :rolleyes1

And yes, I am still up at 1:45 A.M. Just getting ready to head off to work, actually. It's such a glamorous job. :sad2:

Avg temp is about 82 degrees. High temp is 92. Humidity is over 90%.

But it's better than August. August is worse.

In any case... GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! :sunny:
Everyone think happy thoughts for us today and hope that we get the van back soon. Also think happy thoughts that we'll be able to go pick up the UHaul because we have a lot to do before we're able to leave.

And while you're at it... think happy thoughts for my friend Beano. Sounds like he's having a long day.

90??? Umm...take it from a person who has been living in Florida for 30 odd years.....90 and 90 would be a PICNIC!!! More like 99 /98% then 90/100% during the afternoon showers then 99/99 in the aftermath of the storm....

Take my advice...buy a mister!

Those are the official averages for Orlando in July. The actual temperature in Central Florida doesn't usually go above 95. It's the humidity that gets you. Makes the actual 92 degrees feel like 100 easy.

Also... July is the second rainiest month typically.

Don't argue with me missy!!! I will forget to bring request bar items when I come!!

:scratchin Hmmm, requested "bar items"...

You probably drank them already anyway! :lmao: :drinking1

"whose been a bad girl"

I know we have a mister around here somewhere...maybe I should find it and pack it.

BUMMER!! :guilty: ..was hoping to see "Tony and Tina's Wedding" while we were in Maui. Said it wasn't playing there anymore. If you want to see it she says, you have to "go to Vegas"...hmmmmm....who do I know there??

Okay, so what do any of you peeps think about this???? Saralinda is always saying that she wishes that she could have been the flower girl at our wedding..(silly us, we decided to get married first)...I was thinking that maybe we could renew our vows while we are there, and then she can be the flower girl. Then looked at the price!!! ...$250!! I thought it would be cheaper as we didn't have to get a license, no food or cake, no reception er nuttin....For this $250 you get a "helper" (don't need help), the preacher on the beach who marries you, 2 leis to exchange during ceremony, a vow renewal certificate, and a "gift" to remember the ceremony by, but they don't say what it is. I don't know, kinda expensive no? I mean we could go to a little chapel in Vegas and do it for about $50 I would imagine. Hmmmm....now who do I know in Vegas????

What do you peeps think?

speaking of "misters"...

Mine will be home tomm night!!! :cool1: :goodvibes

He wasn't going to come in until Friday, but Saralinda is not officially "official" at this school she is going to until both parents and child sit down for a meeting with the poobah's....so having meeting Friday. Sounds like fun no??? :rotfl2:
