Kim we have reservations on Thursday @ 8:00 I'm on the fence about keeping them but you can either join us or we'll let you have them if we decide to cancel. It's semi formal night and I'd like us all to have dinner together but maybe we'll just get the picture and I'll send Cassie to the club.
We're just going to play it by ear. You'll probably be able to get resssies once you get on board anyway. I'm going to try and get some for brunch !

Kim? I think they have Golden Mickey during the day as well. A matinee I think. I know I read this somewhere.

Awesome. I'll do the 33 minute deal. That way DH can't freaking complain. What the hell is $25 when you're spending 5K on a cruise. I'd go for the $55.00 plan but that might be pushing it. He tells me I spend way too much time on the computer already and we are afterall, supposed to be on vacation.

Beano will prolly purchase the "big" package! That way he can go online to the Dis Boards and tease the other cruisers......<insert Cartman voice here>

SOMEONE ONBOARD JUST POSTED THIS:

the exercise equipment outside on deck 10 is just temp till the renovations are done. I just came from the Castaway club reception and Captain Thord said the grand opening for the new spa will be Oct 29th. So you Oct 22nd cruisers will still have to deal with construction. The new area will take up space that was once the outer deck of 9 just forward of the adult pool from the looks of things.

I checked out Parrot cay and it looks very good, just a little different.

The captain also said that 2007 dates may be released in a week or two but we knew that, right?

Scattered showers tomorrow, 30 chance of rain and winds 10-15 knots, hope we still have a Pirate party tomorrow night, I want to see what they do with the jumbo screen.

How is everyone. Busy last couple of days. Cowboys tried to give me a heart attack at the game yesterday, craziest game!!!!!!

I have been playing Doctor Mom today. Saralinda has her party on Saturday, so of course she is sick. Started a fever last night and today, so have been trying to keep her still and quiet, which is quite the challenge.

Hey....had the weirdest dream.....it was some beans....and some ducks....something about ducks getting the beans, or hmmm, maybe it was the beans, getting some ducks!!!!! Anyone figger that one out for me????

Rachel, you posted all the internet stuff, but you didn't mention the unlimited plan for $89.99. Have they discontinued it? That is probably what Tim will do if available, I know he is bringing his laptop for us to both share so we don't have to take 2 of them. He may complain about me being on this board from time to time, but you should see him when he gets started on that fantasy football crap!!!!! I have seen him re-organize entire weekends, just because of his "draft". Just plain nuts. At least I am dealing with real people and not "fantasy" people!!!!! Well.....I think you guys are real.....hmmmm.

Going crazy trying to get everything done for party on Saturday, and then we leave next Thursday. Housekeeper coming tomm. that will help. And NO I will not clean before she gets here...that would ruin her sense of job security don't ya know. Carpet cleaners here on Friday. Ordered cake today.

Whoever it was that posted about Italian family squabbles, I know how you feel. My dad's side of the family is like that...when my dad died it got worse. I have not seen ANY of them since my grandmother on that side died, and that was 3-4 years ago. Not sure how I am going to explain all that to Saralinda when she gets older. I guess I will just do the best I can, and then she can make up her own mind if she wants to try and contact them or not. What a mess that whole thing is, but won't bore you with all the gory details.

Well, if I disappear from time to time it will be because my Saralotta is sickie poo, and I am trying to get this house in order before Saturday. I guess if she is not better by Thursday, I will have to cancel the party. She had gymnastics today, but of course I cancelled it.

If you can now use your own laptop on board, how do they charge you by the minute? If it's Wi-Fi, and it works out on deck, can't you just log in to the network and go?? I could just hide my laptop under my pizza and surf away!
Do they need to give you a password to get in?

I am going to get access either way, or ask concierge to comp it to me... just wondered how you monitor access time on a Wi-Fi network.

When you bring up your browser you will be directed to a payment page where you will have to give credit card details to get into the Network. When we were at Paradise Island this is what Atlantis did.
