have you called YOur PEDS? MY son too is on MEds and I called and asked and they said it was FINE for him to take Bonine( sp?) while on his meds....I WOULD CALL THEM and ask.... if you havent Already.. My peds also said that due to it being a LARGE ship that he thought chances were slim, BUT you cant be too sure..I personally WOULD pay the $$< I guess depending on how much it was LOL...

I had talked with our pharmacist and she seemed to think that he could NOT take Bonine and that Dramamine would not be a good choice since the meds he is currently on are already sedative. Maybe I'll call his psychatrist and see what he thinks Normally I wouldn't mind spending the $$, but we already spend over $150 a month in meds for DS (and that's WITH insurance)

Hey, can someone with small children answer me a question...should I worry about my DS (4) getting sea sick? Because of the medications he is on for other things, we would have to get a special prescription for motion sickness for him, but I'd rather not spend that kind of $ if he's not going to need it Help please!!!!

Each child of course is different, but Saralinda has been on 3-4 cruises now, and has not gotten sick once (knock on wood).

Sitting here eatin a salad. Wuz doing the laundry and cleaning the living room, got a little dizzy, figgered that meant I better eat some food. Got 2 1/2 rooms out of the 6 I needed to clean done yesterday. Working on more today, have a dentist appt. at 2:00, and need to go to Sams and the bank. Very excitin huh?????

Sounds like your Son is on DIFFERENT meds then mine..MY son is Just on 10 mg a Day of STrattera and its only 25.00 a month and my doc said for Kyle it was fine..YOU DEF NEED to Contact your PEDS then and Follow what they say... GOOD LUCK*

I am eating a Wendy's Mandarine Chicken salad..YUM!!

My sister has been on 7 or so DCL cruises and she gives her kids 1/2 a bonine before bed...never has she gotten sick!
