**October 27 2009, 180 Day Reservation Thread**

I booked Teppan Edo for 3/31 an hour ago ***But my cast member (who was amazing btw) had to unclick that we were on the dining plan to get that reservation--she said since they havent finished negotiating to get Teppan Edo on the 2010 dining plan it wouldn't show up. Don't know if this is the same situation as yours, but maybe???

Very interesting to know!! Thanks! That is probably why TE didn't show up this morning and I will bet Wolfgang's is the same! Anyway, I got on to post that CM just said the system is still down. She said it comes in and out for a few minutes here and there and that is why some folks are able to get in. She said CRT had not been loaded since the last time she was allowed to get in....So, don't lose hope if you didn't get CRT in March!!

I just got off the phone at 2:25pm. Finally...after a day of busy signals....I got through and was given a wait time of 8 minutes. A real live CM picked up - I was so excited - but then she said the system was down. She said that the IT department was working on it and that I should try again this evening. Sigh! Good luck to everyone else who is still trying to make their reservations! Hopefully, I can report back with my confirmed ADR's tonight!!

For those who were wondering, I was able to get an ADR at CRT for April 21st but the only time available all week was 8:05 pm. I am going to try to make it earlier when all the bugs are worked out of the ressie system but will go at 8 if we have to. We wanted dinner anyway and it might be cool to go at night!

Good news is that if you go to CRT at 8:05, more than likely you will finish just in time for Wishes and then you can walk down the front ramp of the castle and have a front row seat for the show.

Thanks so much for your help! Now I know when I'm eating and where and what days I'm in which parks! I'm officially ready to book! And I managed to get myself on hold after trying on and off since 6:45am.

They said a 9 minute wait but I'm expecting longer. I'll stay on hold for as long as it takes i'm just so glad to hear the Disney music and not a busy signal or that darn "all circuts are busy voice" sending all those who still need it my good luck pixie dust!

Funny thing is that is the ADR I want for the same day Just so we can be there for wishes.

But the CM earlier told me that it wasn't loaded yet so I will just keep trying.

After holding AGAIN on regular dining line, (12th time today between reg. dining and DVC MS...sigh), got the same thing... systems are down, and the CM (who btw was super nice) said they are just sitting waiting. I am sooooo confused as to why I have not been able to get anyone w/ a working system, but others are able to book ADRs!!!! Ugghhh....

I don't believe anyone on the board has successfully booked a breakfast or lunch reservation for CRT for March or April. I had a CM tell me this morning that CRT lunch and dinner reservations had not been loaded into the system yet for March and April. So for everyone looking for a CRT ressie, myself included, keep trying. I went ahead and booked the Akershus breakfast as a backup.

I believe it is. Someone posted this morning that they got BBB with the rest of their ADRs (I am unsure of page number, but know it was one of the first half dozen that got their reservations this morning, so probably around page 50-60?)

I got through!!! I am actively on hold. The recording says I will be onhold for about 9 minutes! We'll see. I'm at work, so we'll see if my co-workers will put up with me not being productive!

They have different call centers, so call right back and try again or ask them to put you back in the queue. I just got through and they told me that their call center system was down, so I asked to be put "back in the queue" as my thinking was I may get a different call center where the system is up, otherwise how are all these other people getting their reservations done. So sure enough after another "8 minute" wait I got a different call center and was able to make my Brown Derby reservation with no problem to the delight of my wife when I told her lol. I was determined not to be denied after calling literally all day long, and saying to myself how the heck are all these other people getting their ressies done if the system is down? But I am all set now, now I just have to wait to hear back from the Poly IPO as to the rest of my reservations they were supposed to do, I just emailed them to get back to me with any they were NOT able to get for me. Hope my luck holds out and they had success!

I've been on hold several times but each time was over 15 minutes and the on-line system is down - anyone else able to make them???????????????

Just got off with a great CM named Sondra. We got most of our reservations in the cart and . . . you guessed it, the system went down!!! She took my home number and said she was going to call the techs and see if they could retrieve our ressies and call me back.

One thing, there was no avaliability for Teppan Edo for lunch or dinner AT ALL for the week we are there and she said that probably meant that Teppan Edo wasn't loaded yet. So, we will try again later.

She is the one who got me my ADRs earlier. She was very sweet.

I was up at 2:00 (3:00 EST) and then again at 4:50 my time with the crashed online system!! Then I called for 5hrs and finally got through!!! Held for 30 mins but I got ALL the ADRs I wanted, had to be flexible on some times but I was happy This is what I got:

I've been trying since 4 am (mountain time). "on hold" with online for 14 minutes at 4am,obviously it crashed at 6:01 am Eastern time. Have spent so much time calling and either getting a busy signal or the dreaded "the circuits are full" that my phone died when I was on talking with our mortgage broker! I think I may give up for a while and try in a few hours or maybe tomorrow.

I just got through and was told that no more ADRs will be taken today! The system is down and to call back tomorrow.

I have a friend going in Feb that was having trouble getting through so I decided to give it a shot for her. I got into the queque on my second try, waited on hold for 20 minutes and scored CRT ressies for her!!!

Feb. 2 @ 9:05, she was hoping to get in before the park opens but at this point is happy for whatever!
